The Outside of the Box OSINT course is a comprehensivedeep dive into open-source intelligence: how to collect it, analyze it, andturn it into actionable insight.
Topics span due diligence, threat monitoring, geopolitical risk, screening, international research, brand reputation, socialmedia intelligence, and fraud, as well as the growing role of AI ininvestigations and how to recognize when AI is being weaponized by bad actors.Ethics and operational security are woven throughout this ten-hour, two-day training.
To understand how bad actors and cybercriminals operate, you need to see them in action. The case studies featured throughout thiscourse weren't repurposed from headlines; they were deliberately sourced andcurated over years of real-world investigative work, selected for one purpose:to teach you how threat actors actually think and operate.
While OSINT tools are highlighted throughout this course, various methodologies developed over my career as an OSINT practitioner takecenter stage. These approaches are tested and refined through real-worldinvestigations, keeping your work going even when your tools miss something, get blocked, or go offline.
The course culminates in a capstone spanning every areaof the training. You'll have five days to complete it, enough time to bethorough, not enough to take shortcuts.
